Originally a university student dropout, Ujuan was met again and again with disappointment towards his future. Growing up with high expectations for himself, he spent a long time fearing the possibility of being left behind by others, feeling inferior to his peers no matter his efforts.
Despite his indifferent, carefree exterior, the majority of his life was spent being ashamed of his interests, only feeling frustrated that his creative way of working could never find him a job that could sustain him.
He began selling his belongings online to make money, most notably his various CDs and a few of his eccentric inventions that he at the time stopped valuing, which allowed him to meet Conchita as the latter began emailing him about their similar interests.
Inspired by his newly met friend and her way of thinking, he slowly started to loosen up and grow to be much more unapologetic about his skills, until they moved in together years later where he became the compulsive - though still often perfectionist - colloquial girl he is now.
Ujuan's current hobbies include inventing with a strong interest in mechanics. Though he enjoys tinkering and fixing, he finds his preference to be innovating and building - in his own way. He grew a dislike for the boring ordinary, and loves envisioning everyday objects outside the box and birth new automata out of them. Of course, his methods are hardly safe, and the further he goes the more they edge towards monstrosities and amalgamations of engine-powered creations. Of course, they work perfectly, but he doesn't always know how to stop them.
Over time he's grown attached to every each of his contraptions, setting himself free from his doubts and letting his intense love for mechanics grow more sincere and without filter... hence he began mixing in his medical knowledge and testing how far he could make his own body into his very own creation, beginning his process by mixing machinery onto himself.

Endeared by their similar interests, she began emailing him and the two of them quickly grew close through their constant messaging. The two of them have since moved in together, and work through life by eachother's side; Conchita's gigs may not always bring in enough pay - just yet, she says - but she's ever so happy to have Ujuan with her, and how his belief in her makes it all feel worth it.
Though far from being the only genre what she likes, Conchita focuses on heavy metal. She writes and composes her own songs. She also has a love for costume making and fashion design, and has made several body modifications to herself, most notably sewing onto herself and permanently concealing her face behind a gas mask.
Conchita's energetic and shocking self aren't for show as much as they are her having chosen to come out singing, finding no reason to lie about who she is. She disagrees with those who hide behind irony because they feel embarassed or intimidated by the genuine, and having felt what it's like to have one's ambitions brought down again and again, she strongly admires the sincere self-expression of people around her above all.
Her guitar can be described as a frankestein's monster of an instrument due to Ujuan's offer to repair and in turn tinker around with it at any opportunity. Each upgrade has added a new feature until it became an amalgamation of various instruments and gadgets.
